Explainable scores and trends over time

Scores from published scientific methods, computed from lab results and self-reported data, with every input and formula visible. Repeat results come together on one timeline.

Capabilities

Analytics people can follow and trust

Every result shows how it was calculated. Where inputs are missing, we say so instead of guessing.

Explainable scores

Established measures from the scientific literature, each with its inputs and formula shown.

One timeline

Repeat lab tests and daily check-ins for mood, energy and symptoms, side by side over time.

Weekly summaries

Mood and energy analytics based on the Thayer energy–pleasure model, with AI-written summaries.

Published methods

Scores from the literature, implemented carefully

Each score follows its published method, uses normalised units from our document pipeline and only runs when its inputs are available.

01Phenotypic age

Levine PhenoAge, computed from a standard set of blood markers.

02Allostatic load

A combined measure across several physiological markers.

03Atherogenic index of plasma

Derived from triglycerides and HDL cholesterol.

04Metabolic risk, waist-to-hip ratio, BMI

Body and metabolic measures from lab and self-reported data.

05Cortisol/DHEA ratio

Computed when both values are present in the record.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can we add our own measures?

Yes. If a measure is clearly described, for example in a paper or a protocol, we implement it and show how it is calculated.

Do you need FHIR®?

No. HL7® FHIR® is one way to bring data in. We also work with exports in other formats.

Where does the data stay?

For projects, the analysis runs on infrastructure hosted in the EU. We agree the setup before any data is shared.

Are the scores a diagnosis?

No. Scores are computed from published formulas. They describe and compare; they do not diagnose. Healsens is not a medical device.
